Compro Videomate S350 install problem with Windows 2000

Hi Guys

             Am trying to do above but getting nowhere.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The S350 is a rev d1 I think(it has saa7135 chips),and the pc is running Windows 2000 professional SP4 with Update rollup 1.
                             I boot up for the first time,Windows detects the card,I cancel the wizard,and then run the Videomate install shield for the driver.That seems to go through ok but I don't see the card in the Device Manager.And so when I boot Crazyscan there is a BDA error.I've tried different driver levels(1.38 and 1.39) but no change.
                           Any ideas on the above and please could someone tell me exactly where the card should appear in the Device Manager.
