Problem getting NetUP Dual DVB-S2 CI to work. Errors with DMOD LOCK FAIL

Quite a heavy first post so hope someone can help.

I have inherited the following setup:

The card is a NetUP Dual DVB-S2 CI and seems to be recognised ok and firmware also loads ok:

Any idea why the DEMOD LOCK FAIL message occurs and can anything be done to get past this?

Hope this makes sense to someone. Ive put in all the information I can think of.
