Is there a Linux blind scanning utility that works like more or less like receiver blind scan?

I'd like to know if there exists a free and simple blind scan utility for Linux that will work with a standard TBS card such as the 6985 and that runs from the command line, that would accept options such as:

Band (C/Ku)

L.O. frequency

Optional frequency or frequency range to scan

Polarity

DiSEqC switch setting

Tone switch setting

And all it does is scan the selected LNB and print a list of active frequencies it finds and their parameters, similar to what you'd get if you blind scanned using a satellite receiver with decent blind scan. I'm primarily looking for simplicity and lack of a GUI, since the system I want to run it on is a backend server only with no desktop installed, and I'd need to ssh in and run it. For each active frequency I'd like to see the following:

Frequency and polarity

Symbol Rate

Delivery system and modulation (such as DVB-S2 8PSK)

FEC

And for each channel in an active frequency, at least the channel name and service ID, and whether or not it is encrypted, so that interesting channels can be found.

Better yet would be if the program could optionally be given a single frequency and have it show a real time display of signal strength and quality, similar to the way the command line program "top" can show an ever changing display of cpu usage until you quit the program. But I don't even know if that type of information can be obtained from a PCIe tuner card.

Does anything like this exist?
