C-Band scanning problem with Prof 8000 in linux

Hi,
I have Ubuntu 12.04 installed. I have Prof 8000 PCIe card. Drivers installed from media_build tree.
Untill now I was using only Ku-Band, So there was no problem in scanning Ku-Band satellites
Now I have installed new dish for C-band but despite of many tries, both scan-s2 and w_scan failed to scan C-Band transponders. everytime tuning failed.

I am using " scan-s2 path_to_ini -l C-BAND "
for w_scan " w_scan -fs -sS68E5 -lC-BAND "

but 0 channels scanned. I have manually added working transponders in ini file also

Hope anyone could help me.
