Dvb-s2 on Windows Media Center

I have been seeing several euro blogs where they are discussing how to force WMC into working on HD transponders

One mentions using a hacked DLL " MSDTVVDEC.DLL "

Several others mention " MCEDVBS2PatchTool.exe " from Hauppauge



I also have heard of windows registry hacks

Does anyone know anything about any of this ?
