Lip sync problems with several media players

When I play certain channels, for example the CBS mux on Galaxy19, the audio is a second or more slower than the video.  The CPU is only 12 percent.  The same thing happens on certain stations, especially those with HEVC, H.264, high bandwidth video.  I have an 8 core processor, 16gb memory.

If I play the same channels in Media Portal everything is in sync.

ATSC tv plays fine with no sync problems albeit on another satellite card.
