TS stream in continuous

 I found another "transport stream incapsulated in generic continous"?? From what Crazy called it. I ran debug program(from tsreader website) while tsreader was running (log file attached).
Satmex8 @ 116W 11960 H 30000 This signal switches from s2-qpsk to 32apsk

Anyways I have no video on this signal, and don't know if it would be possible to get a video If someone can look at it? thanks
