gstreamer and raspberrypi

Looks like gstreamer has access to raspberrypi GPU

So in theory can 4:2:2 content be piped through the ffmpegcolorspace than decoded by rpi?

or maybe use videoconvert?

Any beards with an rpi that can test?  Or help me with the pipe from source to sink?
