How To Load My Sathero SH-200

I recently reloaded my PC, so any special software I had on it was deleted.

I'm drawing a blank on how I was loading my Sathero SH-200 meter.

The load utility wants a serial port and the meter has a mini-USB port.  My PC doesn't have a serial port.

I'm guessing there was a utility to convert a serial port to USB.

Any help is appreciated.
